Your Opportunity:

Join our Investments Team for an enriching internship focusing on new acquisitions in the Netherlands. This role is perfect for those aiming to excel in the residential and student real estate sector, offering an unmatched opportunity to be involved in significant projects and to develop a robust professional network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing new acquisition opportunities within the Dutch market.
• Developing investment memos and acquisition models.
• Contributing to the evaluation of potential investments, including financial modeling and market research.
• Gaining hands-on experience in the investment and development of residential/student real estate projects.
• Collaborating with a skilled team to foster a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (Dutch and English) and a proactive learning attitude.
