You are…

• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field
• of finance, economics, real estate or business administration;
• Available at least 2 to 3 days per week for a minimum period of 6 months;
• Highly interested in real estate investing in a European context, Parking & Mobility is a plus;
• Strong in Excel and PowerPoint, analytical and work with great attention to detail;
• Flexible and customer-oriented;
• You have an excellent command of English and preferably also Dutch;
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and possess a ‘can-do’ mentality.

Key tasks and responsibilities

As a working student, you will take on a dynamic role, supporting investor and financial reporting,addressing asset-related matters, and contributing to portfolio analyses, research, investorpresentations, and new acquisitions.We value teamwork and collaboration, so you’ll also play a key part in driving continuous improvementwithin the team and supporting the business development of our Parking & Mobility division.

Introducing your team and work environment

You will be part of our European Parking & Mobility team at Primevest Capital Partners, a diverse teamof 8 colleagues performing business development, fund, portfolio, transaction, and financemanagement. You’ll be based in our vibrant office on the 7th floor of the Central Park building, locatedin the heart of Utrecht (near Central Station), where around 20 colleagues are active.
