You are…

• A young professional with an MSc degree or a strong interest in real estate, finance, economics, investment- or fund management;
• Enthusiastic about the real estate and/or the Real Asset sector;
• Eager to learn and have a growing passion for finance, data, analytics, and the use of AI in the investment management industry;
• Highly interested in Excel (modelling) and PPT (presentations);
• Able to communicate effectively with internal- and external stakeholders;
• Self-learning mentality and skilled in creating professional reports and presentations;
• Fluent in English, proficiency in German and/or Dutch would be an advantage;
• Self-motivated, problem-solver, eager to learn, curious, and a strong team player.

Your journey as a Management Trainee

As a Management Trainee at Primevest, you’ll kick-start your Real Asset career with international experience. You’ll gain hands-on experience across our two investment labels: Primevest Capital Partners and Holland Immo Group. Colleagues from various disciplines – such as investment management, fund management, capital raising, and asset management – will involve you in their day-to-day business and challenges. Highlights of the traineeship include:

• A personal development plan with goals to achieve within a five-phased rotational program, guided by your mentor (board member);
• Involvement in strategic projects (e.g., ESG, data management);
• Exposure to various real estate and Real Asset disciplines: investment- & fund management, capital raising, and asset management;
• Regular interactions with senior managers and insights into decision-making;
• Structured feedback, guidance, and support to achieve your career goals and ambitions.

The traineeship lasts 18-24 months, depending on your progress and performance.
