We are looking for a new team member to expand our Real Estate practice group in Amsterdam, focusing on commercial real estate including commercial leasing and transactional real estate involving real estate investment (re)developments or transformations of commercial properties in a broad sense. More in particular we are looking for a new colleague who wants to further specialize as a litigator and wants to get involved with all sorts of real estate disputes. Our Real Estate practice is ambitious and fast growing, offering the possibility for lawyers to develop, grow and work in an international environment. We offer realistic, high quality bespoke solutions. Our team covers a broad range of areas and sectors and works closely together with other specialists within our Amsterdam office, including civil-law notaries, M&A lawyers, tax and banking and finance lawyers.
- Master’s Degree in Dutch law
- Intern experience in Real Estate/ civil law
- Interested in Real Estate litigation and professional liability claims
- Sharp writer
- Good speaker
- Fluent in Dutch and English

You will be part of a very steady team, with a relatively young responsible partner who is quite active also with non-billable activities. She is supported by very experienced lawyers, amongst others with legal counsel experience and a Professor in leasing law.
Our lawyers assist Dutch and international investors, developers, municipalities, real estate funds, banks and other financial institutions. We have extensive experience in real estate litigation and advising on transactional work in a national and international setting. In this dynamic role you will be given plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth. You are often the linchpin between our different practice groups and the client.
