Your Position:
We offer a position as a Fund Analyst in the leading car park investment management team in Europe. You will be involved in the day-to-day management of our car park funds with an emphasis on performance measurement and strategic asset- and fund analyses.

Responsibilities include:

• Support both fund- as well as asset- and investment management;
• Performance benchmarking and risk monitoring of the existing portfolio;
• Fund performance modeling;
• Financial and strategic analysis and underwriting of investment opportunities;
• Preparing presentation material for investor meetings and industry events;
• Supporting research on either asset-, portfolio or market level;
• Providing support in financing, acquisition and/or disposition processes.

Who are we looking for?
Your experience and skills include:

• 2-3 years working experience in fund- and investment modeling;
• A BSc/MSc degree;
• Fluency in English required (German would be a plus);
• Affinity with real estate and/or infrastructure;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Strong quantitative/performance modeling skills (Excel);
• Self-motivated, personal drive and a great team player.
